Refund Policy
We offer a full refund to customers for refund requests placed within a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery and only in the circumstances mentioned below. Customers must submit a refund request in the manner specified under this policy.
You may be eligible for a full refund only in the following cases:
- You received an incorrect product.
- Product(s) are missing from your order.
- Ordered product(s) were lost or damaged during transit.
- Ordered product(s) have crossed their expiry date.
- In rare cases, if a product causes an allergic reaction or does not suit your body.
Please note that for all the above cases, clear images of the product(s) showing the issue or defect will be required.
If your claim relates to missing product(s) in the delivered order, MenVore may review packing records to verify that all ordered items were included before dispatch. Customers may also be required to provide images of the complete package received.
We understand that customers may occasionally wish to return products that are not defective. In such cases, MenVore may accept returns of sealed and unused products only if the return request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Return pickup will be arranged after approval of the request.
How to Request a Refund
You can raise a refund request by contacting our customer support team between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, along with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Product name(s) for which the refund is being requested
- Clear images of the product(s)

Promotional Offers & Free Gifts
If a purchased product includes a free gift or promotional offer and you wish to return the main product:
A. The free gift must also be returned along with the main product.
B. If the free gift is not returned, the value of the promotional offer may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Processing
Upon receiving an eligible return request, MenVore will arrange pickup through its logistics partner, typically within 2 working days. Pickup timelines may vary depending on service availability, pin code coverage, public holidays, or other operational factors.
Refunds for returned products are initiated only after a Quality Check.
Please return the product along with all original packaging, accessories, inserts, and accompanying materials.
Quality Check
The Quality Check is conducted at the time of pickup and/or after the product reaches our facility to verify that:
- The product is unused.
- The product remains in its original condition.
- All seals are intact.
- There are no signs of tampering, damage, or usage.
Products failing the Quality Check may not qualify for a refund.
Once the product successfully passes the Quality Check and is collected, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details or use a secure refund link provided by MenVore.
